Loved my first lucky duck as he was beautiful but unfortunately he kept falling over. Very impressed by the customer service though as they genuinely wanted to sort the problem, requesting a video so they could ensure no more ducks would lose their balance. They sent a replacement promptly and my second duck is perfect (thank you!). A beautiful, quality product from a responsive and customer-focused company.
