Shipping Policy – Lucky Ducks
At Lucky Ducks, we take pride in ensuring the speedy, safe, and secure delivery of your ducks – no matter where you are in Ireland, the UK, or beyond. If you need help with your order, our friendly customer service team is always here to assist at info@luckyducks.ie.
🇮🇪 Ireland Delivery
• All orders within the Island of Ireland are typically dispatched within 1–3 working days.
• Orders are shipped via An Post, with tracking provided. For multi-box orders, you’ll receive multiple tracking numbers – please check each one, as boxes may arrive separately.
• We offer a flat shipping rate of €10.00 for the first duck, with additional handling charges applied for each extra item.
• Express Same-Day Dispatch (€14.95) is available Monday to Friday on in-stock items ordered before 2:00 PM. If any item is out of stock, it will ship separately, and €4.95 will be refunded.
• Lucky Ducks is not liable for delivery delays caused by An Post, including strikes, weather disruptions, or peak seasonal demand.
• Free Shipping Offers apply only to standard post and do not include express or next-day delivery.
🇬🇧 UK Delivery
• Orders to the UK are shipped with Royal Mail at a flat rate of €10.00 for the first duck, with additional handling charges applied for each extra item.
• Deliveries typically arrive within 1–3 working days after dispatch.
• Lucky Ducks is not liable for any delivery delays due to postal service disruptions, strike action, customs clearance, or high seasonal demand.
🌍 International Delivery
• For customers outside the EU, shipping is available on a quote-by-quote basis. Please get in touch for a personalised quote.
• International delivery can take 2–3 weeks, depending on the destination.
• Local import duties or taxes may apply. These are the responsibility of the recipient.
📦 Damaged on Arrival
If your item arrives damaged:
• Please contact us within 72 hours of delivery.
• Be sure to include photos of both the product and the packaging so we can help resolve the issue quickly.
🔁 Incorrect Items
If you receive something different from what you ordered:
• Let us know within 7 days, and we’ll arrange to send the correct item.
⚠️ Product Variation Notice
Our products are made from natural materials like bamboo roots, and each piece is unique. This means your duck may vary slightly from the product images shown online. These small differences add to their charm and are not considered defects. If you need to match a specific shape or style, we recommend visiting one of our stockists for the best possible match.
